A beautiful two bedroom, one bathroom apartment, completed July 2005. It is the left centre upper property in a luxury development consisting of five pairs of detached apartments which share a private pool with a large sunbathing area.

It is located in a quiet location just 20 minutes walk from the shops and restaurants of Kato Paphos and a similar walk to the seafront.

The apartment has been expensively equipped with quality furnishings, the lounge is furnished with local television, Satellite, there is also a separate CD Stereo system.

The apartment has an open plan lounge with a breakfast bar separating the kitchen dining area, equipped with ceramic hob & cooker, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer. The Lounge and second bedroom have patio doors onto a large balcony with table and chairs, the master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds, both have fitted wardrobes.

The master bedroom and lounge have ceiling fans and air conditioning is available in all rooms. Accommodation for an extra person can be provided with a folding bed in the lounge.

The rental charge includes bedding and towels (not for beach use) and a small welcome pack of provisions may be arranged for guests on arrival.

Being so close to the centre of Kato Paphos there is no need to rent a car and the airport is just 15 minutes drive away. Airport transfers can be arranged for guests. For those wishing to explore farther, Coral Bay, Tsada Golf Course and Paphos Water Park are all within 15 minutes drive, the nearest mini market and restaurant are a three minutes walk.
