This fully air conditioned luxury Villa is superbly located on the outskirts of Paralimni and close to Kapparis and is ideal for all family age groups whilst enjoying a quiet cul-de-sac location.Kapparis is just a few minutes drive where there are ample restaurants, shops, bars and beaches. All the beaches in this area have shallow waters and are safe for children. The main 'strip' or tourist centre in Protaras is a ten minute drive away, where you will find a multitude of shops and restaurants serving a varied range of cuisine, here you will also find the famous Fig Tree Bay beach. Adjacent to Protaras is the beautiful Cape Ghreko national park coastline with its panoramic views and sea caves. A few miles further along the coast is the picturesque resort of Ayia Napa, home to Europe's biggest water park, Nissi beach and lively night life.
