This brand new two bedroomed villa sleeps up to 6 people, with one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and sofa bed/settee in the lounge. This villa is equipped with all the amenities required to enjoy your perfect holiday. Indoor and outdoor dining areas for that fantastic BBQ on that hot sunny evening but also 5 to 10 mins walking distance to all the local bars/restaurants to enjoy that relaxing evening out.

The Golden Coast beach and picturesque fishing harbour is just 5 mins walk away. Nearby there is a basketball court and garden area plus all that swimming in your own private pool. So there is enough to keep the whole family busy.

The villa is fully air conditioned and comprises of a lounge/dining area which has two sofas/bed settee, there is a flatscreen TV with PS2/DVD/CD player and which also includes a small selection of games/DVDs/CDs. There is a dining table with seating for 6 people.

The kitchen is beautifully finished to a high standard and includes all your mod cons for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen leads to a lovely veranda next to the poolside.

The bathroom is fully tiled with a bath and overhead shower, w/c, sink and storage. There is also a downstairs w/c and sink.

The main bedroom is at the front of the property with patio doors leading to the balcony which has a view of the sea and has seating for that morning cup of tea. There is a king size bed with double wardrobes, bedside cabinets and dressing table. This room has a beautiful apex wooden ceiling with lighting and also has air conditioning.

The second bedroom has twin beds, wardrobes, bedside cabinet and also has a wooden apex ceiling with lighting and air conditioning.

No smoking inside the villa but will permit smoking outside. This villa is suitable for both couples and families with children.
