Tucked away within this idyllic and exclusive gated development; our villa is the perfect location for families, friends and couples alike to have a relaxing and peaceful holiday.

Aztec Villa is one of the most popular villas on Crystal Lagoon (fully booked for the whole of the 2008 summer season) and has a lot more space around it as the house is on a corner, end of street plot.

We have spent a lot of time making sure you have everything you need in the villa for an enjoyable stay. You don't need to bring towels and pool/beach toys for the kids - we have all of that in the villa for you to use. Even safety covers for the plug sockets for those little fingers that get everywhere! We use the villa ourselves and so you will notice family photos dotted around which makes the house feel more like someone's home. A lot of comparible villas in the area can feel quite stark and un-inviting. We want you to feel like you've arrived at your own home in the sun.

Villa includes: 2 Bathrooms (1 en-suite), 1 downstairs Cloakroom, Private heated swimming pool, Luxury Italian fitted kitchen, air conditioning and central heating, Plasma flat screen Satellite TVs (x3), DVD (with selection of titles), Sony Play Station 2 (with selection of PS2 titles). Stylish and different Garden chairs, recliners and table. Additionally you will find 2 large parasols beside the pool and a selection of pool toys (waddles, lilos, floats, arm bands, rubber rings etc) and finally the Gas BBQ. For babies - stair gate, travel cot with linen, highchair, plug safety covers, plastic plates and cutlery. Disney Towels for the kids and selection of pool towels for adults.

Only 50m from shops, charming tavernas and bars in Pernera itself. Or if you’re looking for something a little livelier, then Protaras, with its vibrant nightlife, is only 3km away.

Please note: We do ask our customers for a security/damage deposit of £250 (Sterling) to confirm your reservation. This is returned within 2 weeks of check out. Pool heating is avail. at the cost of gas fills which is around €300 (Euros) per fill.
