Detached, luxurious, fully air-conditioned throughout, home-from-home 4 bedroom holiday villa with its own private pool in a great location on the seafront, right in the heart of Protaras. The famous Fig Tree Bay is only half a minute's walk away.

This cosy villa is in a very convenient location with local bars, shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Sleeping up to eight people, the villa is ideally suited for families.

The villa has 4 bedrooms (3 doubles, including one attic bedroom which is not really suitable for the elderly and infirm due to steep stairs) and 1 twin bedroom, 2 of which have sea views.

Cosy living room with three-piece suite, satellite TV, DVD player and stereo system. Sitting room with comfortable sofas.

There is a fully-equipped open plan kitchen (with a washing machine, fridge-freezer, electric oven/hob) a separate dining area with table and seating for six.

Bathroom and toilet. Extra outdoor shower.

Outside there is a veranda with outdoor furniture and umbrellas leading on to a landscaped garden with grass and shrubs, equipped with sun loungers and a picnic table, the end of which is literally 100 metres away from the sea, however, it is about a 200 m walk to actually reach the sea on foot. Next to the veranda is a built-in barbecue.

Extra information:
There is a strict non-smoking policy within the villa but guests are obviously welcome to smoke outside on the veranda. Cot and high chair available for just 35 euros for the duration of your stay
