Mediterranean style spacious holiday villa in a fantastic location on the seafront, and right in the heart of Protaras. The famous Fig Tree Bay is a 1-minute walk away. This villa is also close to the Capo Bay Hotel, a popular venue for weddings.

The villa can accommodate 12-14 people in 6 bedrooms, 4 with king size beds and 2 with double beds and 1 with bunk beds, all with luxurious private en-suite bathrooms, one of which also includes a jacuzzi with a sea view! Breathtaking sea views from the front bedrooms. The living room is equipped with 2 sofa beds which can be joined together to provide a queen-size bed. This also has an en-suite bathroom.

The villa is fully air-conditioned, and is furnished to a very high standard and consists of a spacious lounge with satellite TV, DVD player and stereo system, a separate dining area, fully fitted open plan kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Downstairs there is a basement with a gym and sauna.

On the large veranda are 2 tables and seating for 12 for al-fresco dining while taking in the fantastic sea views. Stone-clad barbecue.

Landscaped garden more or less the size of a football pitch running down to the sea with sun loungers and umbrellas as well as picnic tables.

Linen and towels are provided and there is a weekly maid service and a welcome pack (tea, coffee, bread etc) upon arrival.

Sony playstation with karaoke and games also available for a nominal extra charge of 15 euros per week.

Extra information:
There is a strict non-smoking policy within the villa although guests are of course welcome to smoke outside. 24-hour unlimited Internet access available for a nominal extra charge of GBP20 per week.
