Villa Sakara is a three bedroomed, recently built villa with private pool, located in Pissouri Bay, a quiet up market resort in Southern Cyprus. The house is about 200m from the beach and close to amenities.
There are seven or eight good restaurants (including sea food and international), two supermarkets, several bars, video and DVD hire, a dive centre, quad-bike hire, sailing and watersports, a traditional coffee shop and a beauty spa all within 250m of the villa.

Pissouri Village is situated on the hillside about 5 minutes drive from the villa. This retains a traditional Cypriot atmosphere but also has several banks, a bakery, a butcher's shop, an amphitheatre (with regular dancing shows etc) and excellent restaurants set around a small square. Pissouri has an excellent climate from March to the end of October with a good sea breeze in the afternoons, particularly in July and August. This makes the Summer temperatures bearable and provides sailing conditions most afternoons for intermediate and advanced sailors, with lighter winds in the morning for the less experienced. The Columbia Beach Hotel and Resort are situated on the bay and provide 5* facilities including a relaxing atmosphere for coffee, drinks, meals etc. Spa treatments and daily passes for the gym and sports facilities are usually available.
The villa is about twenty five minutes drive from Paphos airport and one hour fifteen minutes from Larnaca airport. The major resorts/towns of Paphos and Limassol are each 40 minutes away, the Troodos mountains, an hour and a half, and two golf courses are 15 minutes drive away
