The village of Peyia has all the usual amenities including supermarkets, chemist, bakery, butchers, fresh fish shop, banks, ATM machines, bars, tavernas and restaurants, all within walking distance, and only a 5 mins drive to Coral Bay which is famous for its sandy beach, you can also find numerous leather, jewellery and souvenir shops together with bars and restaurants.

Go-karting and horse riding is no more than 5 mins drive. Tomb of the Kings is 15 mins drive and the Water World for a really good day out (and I mean a full day) is 20 mins drive back to Paphos harbour and just follow the road round. For those who want that little bit more, Peyia is approximately 45 mins drive away from Tsada golf club, Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills Golf Clubs.

Situated in the lovely village of Peyia (just before the Jail pub for those of you who know Peyia), and close to Coral Bay. This Town-house is situated within a small complex of only 6 individually and privately owned properties, it has 3 double sized bedroom, master with ensuite, all with fitted wardrobes and 2 with vanity units. Two rooms contain twin beds and the third room has a king-size bed and sleeps up to 6 people. All bedrooms lead out onto a balcony. There is a family bathroom contains bath and a shower. It is fully air-conditioned and comes with all the amenities that you would expect for a relaxing holiday. Also has small safe and is fitted with smoke alarms.

The villa has an open plan living space with a dinning area and lounge which is equipped with Satellite TV, DVD player, CD/Radio, also a well equipped kitchen with the normal things plus iron/ironing board, elec toaster and kettle, also has a clothes airer and washing line outside under the carport.

Outside there is a well equipped patio area with table/chairs and sun beds leading out to a large communal pool. There is also a table and chairs at the front of the house to have your breakfast on or to catch the sun going down in the evening.

A car is not essential if you wish to 'chill out' and stay self-sufficient in the village but it is necessary if you wish to visit the numerous places of interest that Cyprus has to offer.

If booking 3 weeks holiday between the months of July-september then the 3rd week will be half price.
Special price for long term winter lets between Dec-Feb.

Extra information:
I can't stop you from smoking and wouldn't even try but I would like to appeal to your better nature and ask that you do not smoke in the house, so many young and not so young suffer from Asthma and I would like to be fair to all, thank you.
