Brand new villa is situated on three levels. The villa is fully furnished and equipped to the highest standards for your perfect holiday. Benefiting from three levels location, the villa offers great sea views from balconies and spacious terraces. Lounge area is furnished with leather chocolate brown sofas and a coffee table, there is also Satellite TV and DVD player. Sliding doors lead to the swimming pool, where sun beds and umbrellas are provided.
Dining area provides a table and chairs for six. The kitchen has all appliances fully fitted, including fridge/freezer, cooker, oven, microwave, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher and all cooking utensils.
The villa comprises three bedrooms in total – two double and one twin (which can be joined together). Each bedroom has its own balcony, built-in wardrobe and an air-conditioning unit.
There are two bathrooms - en-suite shower room to master bedroom, and a family bathroom, which has bath with shower overhead, vanity sink unit and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use and changed weekly.

All three of Paphos’ 5 star golf courses are just a short drive from the complex.
