This is a smart, stylish 1 bedroomed first floor apartment and is furnished to a high standard sleeping 2/3 people on the well sought after 'Universal' area of Kato Paphos. Only approx. 15 mins drive away from Paphos airport.

No car is required to enjoy your stay here unless you wish to visit the numerous places of interest that Cyprus has to offer. Should you wish to hire a car this can be arranged for you on request or if you just prefer a taxi to take you to the apartment then this also can be arranged for you, a taxi would cost approx 27 Euro's each way.

The apartment is perfect for couples and suitable for all age groups as it is an ideal place to stay cattering for all tastes as you are only about 15/20 minutes walk away from the harbour.

Within 200/300 mtrs the is a taverna which is very popular and next to this is a kiosk which has fresh bread daily and provides everything that a kiosk has to offer.

It has a modern open planned fully fitted well equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and ample dining space for 4. As you can see from two or three of the photo's, although it is opened-planned should you wish to sit down and relax then you can as you are away from the kitchen, its not al 'all-in-one'.

The apartment features a spacious lounge containing a 3 seater sofa bed and chair, satellite TV, DVD and CD players. This leads out onto a fully furnished balcony which over-looks the swimming pool with its underground changing rooms and WC's.

A double sized bedroom comprises of twin beds with fitted wardrobes/draws and vanity unit, bedside table with lamp, air-conditioning and also looks out over the swimming pool - patio doors lead out onto the balcony

The family size bath room contains a bath with an 'overhead' shower and shower screen, hand-basin and wc.

The apartment contains a hair dryer, smoke alarm and small wall safe.

You are only a 10/15 minute walk away from the famous 'Bar St' and the night life that goes with it. You can walk back home from here, you dont have to worry about a taxi or driving, just have a drink and enjoy yourself. 15/20 minutes takes you to the harbour where boats may be hired or book one of the many cruises on 'Wave Dancer 1' for a unique experience and a memorable holiday.

Along the seafront you will find an abundance of Tavernas, Bars, Restaurants, Cafes, Leather, Jewellery and Souvenir shops or you can catch a buss that will take you to Coral Bay, one of the nicest sandy beaches in Southern Cyprus or Paphos town along with various other places to visit.

A choice of 3 golf club are only about 15/20 mins drive from the apartment. Aphrodite Hills Golf Club, Paphos is an 18-hole standard championship golf course. It follows scenic contours of the 2 plateaux that are divided by a central ravine. The clubhouse offers a breathtaking view to the golf course.

Tsada Golf Club is set in the hills around the valley of Tsada, 15km north east from the city of Paphos. It is set on the gounds of a 12th century monastery. Situated as it is, the altitude of 550m above sea level ensures a cool breeze during the summer months.

The Secret Valley Golf Club is approx 10 mins drive from Paphos town centre and is 18 holes. The resort is in close proximity to the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite, the Goddess of Love, it offers panoramic views, tranquility, fresh air and a dryer climate.
