This brand new 1st floor apartment in Majestic Gardens is where you'll find luxury and tranquillity. The communal swimming pool is surrounded by beautifully landscaped areas for you to relax with the complimentary sunbeds and parasols. There is a floodlight championship tennis court and rackets and balls are provided in the apartment. The complex is gated with plenty of car parking spaces. Also on site is the Kaya beauty spa, if you fancy indulging yourself.

Situated in the quiet traditional village of Tersefanou. It is 10 minutes to Larnaca airport, 15 minutes to Larnaca town and 10 minutes to the nearest beach. Tersefanou has 3 supermarkets, a bar and restaurant but in the nearby towns of Kiti or Pervolia you'll find a wider selection. As the village is quiet this holiday is more suited to those wanting to totally chill out, however if you do want a little more action Larnaca town has a variety of amenities to suit all tastes.

Car hire is recommended and as the location is centrally positioned in Cyprus it is easy to get around and explore the rest of the island.

There is a lift to the apartment and it's also suitable for wheelchairs as it has wide doors. For security, the building and apartment has intercom access.

The twin bedroom has floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes and a safe. The dining table seats 4 and there is also a table and chairs on the balcony.

If you are interested in horse riding, Tersefanou Ranch is just a 5 minute drive away.
