Completed in 2006 it's thoroughly modern, fully air-conditioned and equipped and furnished to a very high standard: a fully fitted kitchen with fridge-freezer, cooker, hob and dishwasher; utility area with washing-machine; tiled throughout with bath and shower.

In the bedroom two single beds with new orthopaedic mattresses and huge built-in wardrobes. In the open-plan living area a double sofa bed, dining table and four chairs, TV and DVD with a library of films - have a quiet night in or distract the kids while you have a lie-in.

Eat al fresco or just relax on the balcony with its views of the sea and sunrise - you're on the top (2nd) floor. And there's a lift too.
