This spectacular apartment is at 70 meters to the beach. The adult guests can also enjoy all the facilities of the near by Hotel (open April- October): Tennis, Gym, Sauna, Jacussi, Swimming pool, as well as their hotel entertainment and activities. Ideally located in a prime area where other beautiful coves and beaches with water sports facilities are within minutes walk from the apt. Bus stop to Protaras, Ayia Napa and Paralimni on site. Nearest supermarket across the street. Nearest restaurants - on site and 2 min. walks. Red snapper and calamari are just a few of much fresh seafood fished daily. Protaras and Paralimni are 5 min. away by car, Ayia Napa 10 minutes.
This is a one-bedroom apartment light and airy with a large balcony (6m x 2 m) from which you can enjoy views of the sea, and also of course the sun and dining al fresco on a patio table with 6 chairs. The fully equipped kitchen includes oven/ hub, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. The lounge/ dining room has 1 armchair and 2 comfortable sofa beds, an eat-in kitchen with four stools. Entertainment comprises of 20 inch TV with cable LTV in the summer, a DVD/MP3 and portable radio/tape/CD player, and a laptop with Internet access is provided with one hour free daily. The bedroom is large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed for occasional guest. Air conditioning in summer and heating in winter included in rental within reasonable comsumption, there is ample parking; lift and ramp access for wheelchairs.
