Privately owned brand new luxurious 2 bedroom fully air conditioned apartment, it can accommodate up to 4 people, situated in Kapparis on the outskirts of Paralimni and close to Protaras and Ayia Napa.

The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and offers 1 double room and 1 twin bedroom both with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning units, and a good sized shower room. It has a large open plan lounge / dinning room with TV, DVD and music system. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, washer / dryer and fridge freezer.

The lounge leads on to a furnished balcony overlooking the communal pool area and has sea views. Traditional good quality bars, restaurants and a supermarket are close by. Bed linen and towels are provided, (not beach towels). Air conditioning and electric are included in the price, also a complimentary welcome pack (tea, bread, milk and water etc).
