There is a fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops and the usual white goods (4 ring stove, freezer, fridge, grill, hob, microwave, oven, washing machine). Dining area with table and chairs for 8.
Villa has four bedrooms all with air conditioning units. , as has the lounge & (separate) dining room area.. There are 3 Double bedded rooms and one twin bedded room. One bedroom is on the ground floor. There is a guest toilet with a shower, washbasin and a mirror. Master bedroom is with double bed and with en-suite shower room. Third bedroom is with double bed as well. Fourth bedroom is with twin beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is a separate bathroom on the first floor with bath, shower and WC.

Location: The villa is located 100 meters from the main Agia Thekla beach. Larnaca Airport is about 25 minutes drive. Villa is in a quiet complex. Supermarket is about 5 minutes walk. There is a restaurant close by. Noisy center of Agia Napa is 5-7 min drive. Water world, the largest water park in Cyprus, is only a 10 min walk. The nearby town of Paralimni has two large supermarkets to cater for all of your holiday requirements.
