Privately owned recently built spacious 3 bedroom luxury villa, sleeps up to 6 people and is situated on the east coast of Cyprus on the outskirts of Ayia Napa at Ayia Thekla. The villa is approximately 200 metres from the beach and has fantastic sea views. The villa is fully air conditioned and has a large 8m by 4m pool, with a fully equipped patio comprising of, umbrella, sun loungers, table with 6 chairs and barbeque area, there is also parking for two cars.

The Accommodation is furnished to a very high standard and consists of a spacious lounge with leather suite, TV, DVD, CD stereo. There is a separate dining area and a fully fitted kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Also on the ground floor is a WC.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes, two with twin beds 0ne with a double bed, two have patio doors opening on to a large secure balcony. There is also a large family sized bathroom.

Bed linen towels and beach towels are provided. Air conditioning, gas and electric are included in the price, also a complimentary welcome pack. Water Park,traditional good quality bars, restaurants and supermarket close by.
