The property (161 m2) has a large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with large sofas having views of the television (with satellite channels and DVD) and through the patio doors into the garden and pool area. The dining area seats 8 and the kitchen is modern and well equipped with appliances and the utensils that you would need to cook any meal. These include oven, hob, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher, iron and ironing board.
Making up the ground floor is a very nice double bedroom with en-suite facilities that include shower and toilet. There is a guest toilet as well.

Well appointed 2 bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite which comprises bath, shower and toilet. The twin room also has an en-suite with shower and toilet. Each of upstairs bedrooms has a veranda, where you may have breakfast or a coffee and relax and enjoy the Cyprus sunshine.

The villa would suit almost anyone, couples, families and for those who are partially infirm there is a bedroom downstairs. Sofa bed in the lounge can sleep 2 people.
All of the 3 bedrooms plus living and dining areas have their own air conditioning units which can be used to cool the room in the summer, or they can be used as heaters in winter.

Outside: There is a carport for 1 car. The rear garden has been beautifully landscaped and has private pool 8m x 4m. There is also garden table and chairs, sunbeds and parasol.

Location: The villa is in an excellent position: close to all the amenities that Nissi avenue and Agia Napa have to offer. 3 minute stroll to Nissi Avenue where you will be spoilt by the number of beaches, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The lively town square with amazing nightlife is approx. 20 minutes walk.
An ancient monastery which is in the square is worth to visit along with the pretty fishing harbour where you can eat fresh seafood. Waterworld, the largest water theme park in Cyprus, is only 3 minutes drive from the villa.
In between Ayia Napa and Protaras you will find Cape Greko National Park. Horse riding is available in Cape Greko.
Potomas harbour with it's delightful church and two tavernas overlooking the Mediterranean - highly recommend for a peaceful relaxing afternoons.
The nearby town of Paralimni has two large supermarkets to cater for all of your holiday requirements
